Michael, "tutto qui".

L’ho amato, l’ho odiato. L’ho amato. L’ho giudicato. Non l’ho capito. L’ho odiato. L’ho amato. E cantato, e ballato.

Mulberry street avvolta in Billy Jean. A tutto volume.

This is it. Tutto qui.

Real Education Reform!

Real Education Reform!

We tell our children we are in a dire situation and if you quit school you quit on your country.  We tell them they must work hard to be successful.  I am sorry but that message should be meant for the parents and not the children. We live in a society of obese children, whereby fun is being on a computer.  We test our children out of school instead of encouraging them to spend that extra two or three years in high school, like if there is a rush to force them into adulthood and because of the rush job we are a nation of late blossomless incarcerated people.

We tell them to compete against the world, yet we pit them against each other.  That is the problem I have with these non military experienced political leaders, you do not understand real teamwork.  We should be teaching our children to love first and through love of their neighbor as a team they can excel.

We live in a society whereby everyone wants to be the chief, even without leadership qualities, because the Indians are not compensated properly, so it is all or nothing in America, whereby executive to employee salaries are too disproportionate.  And we call this success?  Is keeping our brother man down so we can share the pie with the devil truly success?

Let me tell you about something learned in the military, it is called teamwork.  I also learned this in the little league baseball and basketball teams.  Do these fat kids even have gym class anymore?  We say more school and less summer, I remember when the summer meant sports or work both which were good ethnics.

But we have kids now with nothing to do but join gangs during summer vacation and dance on the subways and sell candy and we talk about improvements.  I know of a man who worked hard all his life, had not a childhood and was rich as can be and he died at 50 years old.  His name was Michael Jackson.  You want to reform education?  Implement the Michael Jackson Act that guarantees every American child a childhood and not hard labor in the disguise of education.

Princess Diana and Michael Jackson unlawfully killed?

WHY DID POLICE HIDE DIANA DEATH LETTER?

Source: Sunday Express, 26th September 2009

THE three most senior police officers who investigated the death of Princess Diana were wrong to withhold vital evidence from the French authorities, in which she revealed her fear of being killed in a staged car crash, a top lawyer said yesterday.

Former Metropolitan Police Commissioners Lord Stevens and Lord Condon, and then-Assistant Commissioner Sir David Veness, hung on to a note expressing the Princess’s beliefs for three years, without alerting the French.

The Daily Express now understands that a lengthy legal battle could follow in France to determine why the officers failed to hand over the note.

One source close to the case said: “Anyone who has lost a child in these circumstances would want to know why this note was not made public so the matter could be thoroughly investigated.

“Under French law there is still until 2018 for the matter to be brought back before a court and there is mounting pressure to make these officers explain why the note was not made public.”

Scotland Yard failed to tell the French the contents, or even the existence, of the extraordinary note – written by Diana’s divorce lawyer Lord Mishcon after a conversation with her in 1995.

The letter stated: “Efforts would be made if not to get rid of her (be it by some accident in her car, such as a pre-prepared brake failure or whatever)…at least to see that she was so injured or damaged as to be declared unbalanced.”

Lawyer Michael Mansfield, who represented Mohamed Al Fayed during the inquest into the deaths of his son Dodi and the Princess, yesterday told the Daily Express that reasons given by officers for not revealing Lord Mishcon’s note did not stand up to scrutiny.

He said: “They say two things. One, that they didn’t do it at the time, but they did do it later. They did eventually hand it over but three years down the line. Had they handed it over to the French initially, they would have been able to investigate properly.”

Mr Mansfield added: “The police secondly argue that they didn’t hand it over because of confidentiality with respect to Lord Mishcon.

“All they needed to do was say to the French, ‘We have some information, we have a note that we can’t tell you the details at the moment, but you need to know’.” Last night a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “All these issues have been thoroughly dealt with at the inquest.”

Diana told Lord Mishcon in October 1995 of her fears of a plot to kill her in a car accident, which Lord Mishcon jotted down.

Shortly after the Princess’s death in August 1997, he passed this note, in strictest confidence, to the police following a meeting with then-Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Paul Condon and Assistant Commissioner Sir David Veness. But the note was never handed to the French authorities. Nor were its contents disclosed.

In addition, while senior police officers admitted they had seen the note and were aware of its contents, they did not share this immediately with the coroner or with Diana’s sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale.

Under French law, “removing or concealing” evidence, which could “facilitate the discovery of a crime”, is punishable by three to five years in jail or a fine.

Launching his new book, Memoirs of a Radical Lawyer, at Harrods yesterday, Mr Mansfield said there remained a number of questions over Diana’s death.

These included puzzling issues surrounding driver Henri Paul.

“There are questions about Henri Paul and money that went into his account, the missing time, the driver of the white Fiat and principally the drivers of the other vehicles – the one in front and the one behind the Mercedes before it crashed. None of them has ever been traced.

“And what Mr Al Fayed calls the crown jewels – a missing box of documents. The box was found but not the documents.”

Mr Mansfield said he remained confident that one day all the relevant outstanding questions would be answered.

He added: “The truth will always out.”

MICHAEL JACKSON WAS PARANOID SOMEONE WAS GOING TO KILL HIM

Source: Metro.co.uk, 17th September 2009

Michael Jackson was paranoid someone was going to kill him, his sister La Toya has revealed.

La Toya, who took part in Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, appeared alongside Whoopi Goldberg as a guest host on US show The View, Entertainment Tonight reports.

Discussing her late brother, La Toya said: “He told me many times ‘they’re going to kill me’.”

HUMAN NATURE by Michael Jackson

Looking out across the night-time
The city winks a sleepless eye
Hear her voice shake my window
Sweet seducing sighs

Get me out into the night-time
Four walls won’t hold me tonight
If this town is just an apple
Then let me take a bite

If they say, why, why? Tell ‘em that is human nature
Why, why does he do me that way?
If they say, why, why? Tell ‘em that is human nature
Why, why does he do me that way?

Reaching out to touch a stranger
Electric eyes are everywhere
See that girl, she knows I’m watching
She likes the way I stare

If they say, why, why? Tell ‘em that is human nature
Why, why does he do me that way?
If they say, why, why? Tell ‘em that is human nature
Why, why does he do me that way?
I like livin’ this way, I like lovin’ this way

Looking out across the morning
The city’s heart begins to beat
Reaching out, I touch her shoulder
I’m dreaming of the street

If they say, why, why? Tell ‘em that is human nature
Why, why does he do me that way?
If they say, why, why? Ooh, tell ‘em
Why, why does he do me that way?

If they say, why, why? Cha cha cha
Why, why does he do me that way?
If they say why, why, why? Ooh, tell ‘em
Why, why does he do me that way?

If they say, why, why? Ooh, tell ‘em
Why, why does he do me that way?
If they say, why, why? Da da da
Why, why does he do me that way?
I like livin’ this way

Something to Make You Smile

I received this video clip today from Anastasia who posts on this blog. I have never seen a video of Michael Jackson performing live until today, and his charisma comes through so strongly, that I can see why so many of you have been touched deeply by his passing. I think this is a very sweet moment that he shares with his fans where you see the gentle nature of this man. Remember he has the same compassion for each one of you that he shared for this little bug. I know he loves you and his spirit will never die.

{minna FLASHBACK} – The Gloved Ones

So, I’ve been obsessed with everything Michael Jackson since his death in June. In the time since, single, white, sequined, rhinestoned, and bedazzled gloves have been auctioned off everywhere. The original MJ glove…the left-handed glove he wore on Motown’s 25th-anniversary TV special in 1983 (when he debuted the moonwalk and sang Billie Jean live) will finally go on the auction-block for many enthusiastic buyers, I’m sure.

I thought about bridal gloves and wondered, how do you get a wedding ring over that??? Wedding gloves are often fingerless today, but many from the 20th century weren’t. Does anyone wear them anymore?

17th century – It was customary among wealthy burghers of the seventeenth century for a future husband to present his fiancee with a pair of gloves upon their engagement. The bride would wear the gloves on her wedding day, only removing them when she gave her pledge, baring her hand for the bridegroom to hold. This luxuriously executed pair of gloves is made of thin white leather. The embroidery on the cuffs – the multicoloured silk, goldthread, pearls and spangles – is in the shape of various symbols associated with love and marriage.

No, creeper. i don’t give my number out so it’s either some hater who sicked her guy friend at me or one of you totally has a disgusting crush on my round face. Pussy.

Oprah Remembers Michael Jackson

That’s exactly right…the title of this post, “Oprah remembers Michael Jackson.”  After months of silence following the sudden demise of Michael Jackson, her majesty Queen Oprah suddenly deemed the time was right to do a show, which smacks of insincerity and hypocrisy,  as a sorta token remembrance of the king of pop. Well, as far as I’m concerned, she should have just maintained that stony silence instead of doing a show which was nothing short of her remembering and reminding the world that Michael Jackson was weird. Yeah, Oprah remembers how she embarrassed MJ by asking him “Are you a virgin?” during her 1993 interview with him. So what if he was or wasn’t? It was an inappropriate question, period.  Would she ask the same question of, say, Miley Cyrus or the Jonas Brothers, huh, huh? She was looking at him through ‘colored’ lenses (no pun intended).

Yeah, Oprah remembers Michael Jackson alright! Her so-called “reflections”  were all about that 1993 interview.  She said that, looking back, she realized in that moment (when MJ talked about his missing childhood) she had a fondness for Michael. Quote: “He’s very likable there, and I can tell you I really, really liked him,” she says. “After this interview, I thought I could be his friend, because I felt that he was really honest.” Yeah, some friend she turned out to be!

Of course, she remembered to point out that “Anybody who knew Michael Jackson will tell you that when you are up close to him—he had absolutely no pigmentation in his skin—you are looking at his veins when you look at his hand. You are seeing through to the blue veins, and they’re very, very apparent. At first that’s a startling thing. Nobody ever talks about that, but it takes you aback at first. You’re looking at a person who is almost translucent.”

She then said that in 1993, nobody knew anything about vitiligo…yeah, nobody knew, but a famous talk-show queen could have and  should have done her homework before the interview and “educate” her audience . Instead, she said that was “one of Michaels’ most defensive moments of the interview.” Wouldn’t you be when it appeared like she didn’t quite believe him?

There was no mention of the humanitarian side of Michael Jackson, his vast contribution to charity or even his brilliant musical career. So why on earth did she do the show? Could it be she wants to “redeem” herself and stay in the good books of her fans, many of whom  are also MJ fans, who have been criticizing her for her prolonged silence on MJ’s death? So she felt “pressured” perhaps,  to put on a show? Well, I could be wrong, but I don’t believe the show saved the day for Queen Oprah because, at a time when she should have spoken, she chose to be silent. At the time when condolences were the order of the day, her majesty tuned out. Why speakest thou now, your majesty? Aah, but it’s all about the ratings, isn’t it?

Finally, I may again be wrong here, but my instinct tells me that BECAUSE of her “Oprah Remembers Michael Jackson”  episode, she would have lost many loyal Oprah fans. Now is certainly NOT the time to speak when the moment has already  passed. “Speak now or forever hold your peace”, aptly applies, in this instance.

As for me, it’s “goodbye Oprah”.  My days of watching the “Oprah Show” are over for good. So it’s back to my little spice garden and potter’s wheel for now.

A moda é a nostalgia

Eu estou me sentindo em casa.

Movie bosses defend Jackson documentary

Movie & Entertainment News provided by World Entertainment News Network

Movie bosses have fired back at rumours MICHAEL JACKSON’s forthcoming THIS IS IT tour documentary is “propaganda” for concert promoters to prove the star was fit to perform prior to his death. Jackson died in June (09) after suffering a cardiac arrest, sparking investigations into his prescription drug abuse and reports over long-held fears for his health. Bosses at AEG Live are donating the majority of the film’s profits to the Jackson Family Trust and have vigilantly defended allegations Jackson was pushed into extending his initial 10 show dates to 50 – despite concerns the star was too frail to perform. The star’s father Joe Jackson raised concerns in July (09), revealing, “Michael told me himself that he agreed to 10 shows. But they went and added all these other shows. I was worried about his health.” New reports suggest the family is under pressure to support the film. A source tells the New York Post, “He (Michael Jackson) supposedly looks fit, together and excited. The family can’t speak out because money will be paid to the trust, but privately, they fear the movie is propaganda to back AEG’s argument that Michael was healthy and wasn’t being exploited. While fans want to remember Michael as the King of Pop, the family are still suspicious of AEG and how they handled Michael.” An AEG spokesperson has dodged the rumours: “This is a matter for Sony, who bought the footage from us.” Meanwhile, bosses at Sony have hit back at the claims which “make no sense and don’t deserve comment,” calling the film “a beautiful tribute”. The film is set for a two-week worldwide theatrical release next month (28Oct09).

LOL! BEYONCE'S OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO KANYE WEST & TAYLOR SWIFT

Beyonce Knowles appears above, being a gracious leader in entertainment at the VMA’s towards Taylor Swift after Kanye West’s rude interruption of Swift’s speech. Yes, Taylor Swift is all hip hop gangsta tough and cool now. Props! It reeks of Obama spun entertainment engineering, via Jay-Z’s Run This Town power posse, who has a direct line to the oval office, as Swift rules over Jackson entertainment, Madonna and Lady Gaga as a pop role model now. Clever!

And … below is a fan’s take on the whole debacle, as she impersonates the lovely Beyonce commenting on the Kanye West VMAs debacle, in that Southern Houston drawl that is not only funny, but will give you broken ribs from laughing so hard. Enjoy!

My campaign in memory of Michael Jackson

Click here for a recent interview I gave on my campaign in memory of Michael Jackson. I also took the time to clear up a few points about my friendship with Michael.

Despite my attempts to intervene and help, it was to no avail. I vowed to myself that if anything ever happened to Michael, I would be vocal and take this ‘enabling doctors’ issue to the top. I’m doing just that.

[Why they- the media - always insist on calling him Jacko is beyond me. Guess it is slightly better than Wacko Jacko. The dude was far from Wacko!!]

Wednesday 16th September 2009

WEDNESDAY 16th SEPTEMBER

I’m a busy boy this week, covering seven football matches in eight days in the Champions League, Europa League, Premier League, Championship and League Cup as well as fitting in my usual DJ-ing commitments at Pussycats on Friday and Saturday. As a self-employed individual, I adopt the old mantra: If I’m working, I’m earning.

Too many people think the world owes them a living – usually lazy, council house-dwelling dole grabbers and lazy, spoilt little rich kids – whereas I was brought up to get out there and earn a crust. Yes, I’m lucky I love my work but I’ve had the odd spell in my life where it wasn’t so great.

Don’t rely on the Government to completely look after you. Don’t go to mummy and daddy even if they have deep pockets and constantly try to buy your affection. Do some graft yourself. You’ll feel much better for it.

*****

The most important thing this week is that my dad has just celebrated his 75th birthday. I can barely believe he’s three quarters of a century. That’s like SO ancient. But in actual fact he doesn’t seem in the slightest bit ancient to me.

He keeps himself fit by running around the house trying to find the right side of mum because he knows it’s never clever being on the wrong side. She keeps him on his toes. I personally think that, despite his mellow demeanour, he actually pulls the strings in the relationship (married 39 years now, by the way) but just lets mum THINK she’s the boss.

It’s never easy buying a card to celebrate a birthday because I get caught between wanting something with meaningful words or one that’s just got a good joke on it. It is, of course, the thought that counts anyway.

I was in the shop last week ploughing through loads of cards, unable to find anything suitable, and then came across one which choked me a bit. There was moistness in my eyes when I read the words. It said:

“So much of the person I am, is because of the father you are. Thanks dad and Happy Birthday.”

He, of course, may take that as an insult should he believe that I’ve grown into a terrible son, not worthy of the Peters name. I don’t think, however, that he has that view. Although I have a feeling this hasn’t crossed his mind…

“He calls himself djwanker and has pink toenails – that’s my boy!”

*****

Rest In Peace = Patrick Swayze. By all accounts, he was one of the nicer celebrities in Hollywood. Please don’t shoot me or anything but his performance in Ghost with Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg was amazing. Yes, I know it’s a chick flick and all that but a good film is a good film is a good film.

*****

Given the subject matter of Ghost – come on, you all know what it’s about – I’m sure it won’t be long before some pathetic individual (like me, for example) sends you this text… “Do you think Whoopie has heard from him yet?”

You didn’t think that was funny did you?

Ditto.

At least he had the time of his life.

(This is getting worse by the minute.)

*****

Kanye West will probably interrupt Swayze’s funeral and say how Jacko’s death was better.

The pictures I took of JLS in Ibiza have turned up on the band’s official website forum. I’m not sure how people who don’t know me actually located them but that’s the power of the internet, I suppose. I am reliably informed by the people on the forum that it was Aston and Marvin on the photos but that just sounds like the kind of car James Bond would drive.

I also discovered that JLS stood for Jack The Lad Swing and was put right when I suggested JLS was the bloke who did the Sunday Night Project with Alan Carr.

Do you know what ANBG is? It’s bang out of order, that’s what it is.

Think about it.

Thanks for your continued feedback about the blog. Here is a selection:

Paula Streames: “I’m a single mum with two kids living on a council estate. I know the way you think and write and I don’t take it too seriously.”

That’s my kind of blog reader.

MarkyC: “Not enough steam let off in the blog. As it was results week, it has to be a C minus lol.”

Jules Rawlings: “You were on form this week. I especially enjoyed the Ketamine story and the part about Chlamydia Woodside. LMAO.”

Jonny Bradley: “More good stuff, fella. PS. Do you fancy any Ketamine?”

Erm, no thanks.

Chris Banks: “Liked the blog again, Geoff. This friend you mentioned who is normally more drunk than yourself and causes a bit of mischief, does his name start with a ‘D’ and end (ironically) with ‘Ale’?”

I couldn’t possibly comment because the person involved would get upset.

Victoria Harper: “Your blog made laugh out loud as usual, especially the bit about the dopey woman on the plane. I have a friend who did exactly the same!”

Well we better not embarrass Kath by revealing who it was then, eh Vic?

Andy Sealey: “I’ve never been to the White Isle so it’s been good to hear a side that isn’t just a blurry mess. Your jokes are getting worse by the way – that said, they still made me smile. Roll on next week.”

I have to keep the jokes simple so the simpletons can understand them.

Mel Jones: “I finally got time to sit and read last weeks blog and may I say it was just what I needed. I laughed my socks off (well i would have if I’d had any on!) xx”

Peter ‘Speedo’ Fitzgerald: “The blog is spot on as ever – what will you find to write about if you have had the year’s last Ibiza trip?”

Oh I’ll find something…

A new survey suggests that teachers think they can tell which pupils are likely to cause trouble just by looking at their names. Pupils called Crystal, Daniel, Courtney, Aleisha, Chelsea, Jack, Connor, Brandon and Chardonnay were among some of the ones to watch.

I would’ve thought a quick check at the home address might give a few clues. Teacher: “Hmm – Callum from Malinslee / Danielle from Sutton Hill… we’re in for some problems here.”

Okay, I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with being called Callum or Danielle and living in Malinslee or Sutton Hill. It was just an example to fit my sarcastic stereotype. Please don’t cry.

From the BBC website: “Doctors say there should be a ban on all alcohol advertising, including sports and music sponsorship.” They reckon we’re turning into a nation of massive boozers. We already have these ‘please drink responsibly’ tags on adverts which are just another example of the nanny state.

A bag of peanuts has to say, for legal reasons: “Contains nuts.” Of course it does… it’s a bag of fucking peanuts! Technically, though, a peanut is actually a legume but I’m not going to split hairs with you on this.

McDonald’s has to warn customers that the coffee they serve “maybe hot.” Well I should bloody hope so. I know it’s done to try and stop frivolous legal cases but it’s just ridiculous, really it is.

I might get an official trademark for this blog: “May Contain Opinions, Facts and Comments You Don’t Like. So Fuck Off.”

Stolen from the letters page of Viz magazine:

“What is it with diabetics? One minute they’re on the floor with a loved one standing by screaming “Give him some chocolate! Give him some chocolate!” The next day someone offers them a piece of chocolate and quick as a flash they say “No thanks, I’m diabetic.” I wish they’d get their story straight.”

”Why is it that a pub won’t serve me if I’m drunk, but McDonalds continue serving them fat fuckers? It’s hardly fair.”

From the Shropshire Star last week: An armed robber from Telford who handed himself in to police because he felt so guilty has been jailed for three years.

“I thought prison would be better than living in Telford,” he didn’t say, because it wouldn’t be funny although it might nudge the sensitive souls reading this to go elsewhere.

Exciting developments are afoot at the old Athena development in Telford town centre. The official opening night is Wednesday 7th October at Club Crush and Vox, the adjoining bar – although a select few will be invited to the VIP event the night before. Please, please, please stop messaging me asking if I’ll be working there or whether I can get you tickets – I’m still trying to get tickets myself for the launch!

He may be Italian but Fabio Capello seems to be working wonders with the England football team – eight wins out of eight to qualify for the 2010 World Cup Finals in South Africa. Quickly out with a soundbite after the game against Croatia last week was Gordon Brown (he’s the Prime Minister, you dumbo) who congratulated them on their achievement – although, being Scottish, I imagine he did it through gritted teeth.

I was in Blockbuster last week and asked if I could rent Batman Forever. The woman behind the counter said: “No, you have to bring it back.”

My good friends at Tantalize Beauty Salon in Madeley have asked me to inform you of their latest offer. If you ring them up (01952 585853) or go into the salon yourself and mention this blog, you will get 10% off selected treatments. I suggested to Trudy, the owner, that we really need ‘the phrase that pays’ so I came up with this…

“DJ Wanker Ate My Hamster.”

Try it. No, seriously – try it. It’ll give Trudy, Tania and Jade a good laugh and you’ll get your discount!

Do you think homeless people appreciate ‘knock, knock’ jokes?

And finally, any jokes or clever satire you find funny in the blog is all my own work whereas the ones you dislike have quite obviously been pinched from elsewhere.

Cheers for now,

The King and Queen

I knew the Madonna tribute I posted from last night’s VMA’s would get taken down today.

However, some might remember that at the 1991 Oscars attended the Oscars together as a couple hand in hand.

And a keen observer will notice right away that Madonna pays tribute to The King of Pop right in front of him. See if you can spot what she does during the beginning of the performance as a little homage to MJ.

I miss cheeky, slutty, fuck everyone Madonna! Bring that bitch back!

Michael Jackson<

Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ >

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKMfjUp9xYs

<HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I>

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiKJmBgAfFE

<History> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LAqcXaVVvM

<little susie>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Jg_hxTkCR8

 http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2rg15_michael-jackson-heal-the-world

“Heal the World” is a song from Michael Jackson’s hit album, Dangerous, released in 1991. The music video features children living in countries suffering from unrest. It is also one of only a handful of Michael Jackson’s videos not to feature Jackson himself, the others being “Cry”, “HIStory” and “Man in the Mirror”. (The clips for “HIStory” and “Man in the Mirror” only feature Michael Jackson in archival footage). The video also marks an early appearance by a young 50 Cent . Jackson performed the song in the Super Bowl XXVII halftime show with a 35,000 person flash card performance.

In a 2001 Internet chat with fans, Jackson said “Heal the World” is the song he is most proud to have created. He also created the Heal the World Foundation, a charitable organization which was designed to improve the lives of children. The organization was also meant to teach children how to help others. This concept of ‘betterment for all’ would become a centerpiece for the Dangerous World Tour. In the documentary Living with Michael Jackson, Jackson said he created the song in his “Giving Tree” at the Neverland Ranch.

An ensemble performance of “We Are the World” and “Heal the World” closed Jackson’s memorial service at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on July 7, 2009. The song was performed as rehearsed by Jackson at the venue just days earlier, in preparation for his planned “This Is It” tour in London.

Michael Jackson: Janet Jackson Rendira Tributo a su Hermano en los Premios MTV

por: Agencia

Fuente: AP

NUEVA YORK, Estados Unidos, sep.

a memorable summer.

Summer is officially over, it came and had a impact on me that changed my perspective on things. I had the best Birthday week, I got let go from my job, the Lakers won the Championship and my best friend Andrei left to Berkley. Enough to create a top 10.

10. Emma Watson – I just got the biggest crush on this girl after the most recent Harry Potter flick. She just seems like a really dope chick to be around and be cool with. I honestly think it’s a combination of the accent and the confident she gives out during interviews that make go ape shit, hopefully this crush is not a summer fling. (And no I didn’t take this picture myself.)

9. UP! – I was so moved by this film, I have to say this is probably my favorite Pixar movie (well when Toy Story 3 comes out that will probably change.) From the movie short to the cinematic score, this movie had it all. At the moment sits at number one for the year, even after Inglorious!!.

8. Lakers – Last year hurt like hell when The Lakers couldn’t come through against The Celtics. Now that it’s all said and done, I’m happy it went that way, not only did they win this year but the motivation and hunger made them realized what it takes to make them win several more. 2010 I’m calling it.

7. Old Friends – Man I was really cool with a lot of people in High School, it ended and everyone went they’re separate ways, very understandable but they were a few that I (through my own faults) lost contact with. This summer brought a lot of these people back and it rekindled those friendships that I love. Hanging out with Zak and white awkardness. Watching Lost with Hayk. Making Mike better at Basketball. Shooting pictures with Rodji and Ronnie. Adventures with Demi, playing some poker with Alex. Hanging with Mr. Coop. Playing Monopoly with Eric. All these are memories that come to my head when I think about this people. I’m sorry for the brief pause on our friendships, but best believe I appreciate it everyday. Thanks Guys.

6. Michael Jackson – To this day I cannot believe Michael is gone. When I first heard the news, I made sure to check every website and blog to prove me wrong. When the Times confirmed the news, it still didn’t hit. I went to lunch turned on the radio and… bam it me. Every radio station was playing Michael’s music. This is the first iconic person of my generation, that had a tremendous impact, to past away. I hate to say this but Michael had to die, he had to die in order to silence all the people who just wouldn’t let go of his offstage issues. Rest in Peace.

5. Kanye & Dinner

June 26 that’s my birthday, I had a great birthday week leading up to my actual Birthday. Two nights before my birthday I reserved a table for me and my girlfriend at Cliff’s Edge. Day of before we go to dinner we decide to stop by BAPE for some gifts. Before we step in I say to Arpi as a joke “What if Kanye’s inside?”. We go inside and guess who’s there… no one in particular. After BAPE we’re on our way to dinner. I get there two minutes before my reservation and I’m told that there’s been a last minute change. I would have to wait for my table, I was okay with that as long as the wait wasn’t so bad. 20 minutes later I was getting really irritated, Finally so and so (manager) let’s me know my table is ready, as I get closing to my table I look at the direction of my original requested seating… it’s only 14 feet away from. As soon as I look to the table I realized the 20 min delay… Kanye. Kanye took my seat, I let Arpi know and she freaks out more than I do. I couldn’t stop looking at my food, I felt if I looked somewhere else I would immediately just look at Ye’s direction. The one thing I did look at though was Amber… wow. The cherry on top was when they brought out red velvet cake, for my bday and Kanye clapped for my birthday wishes, sure enough Kanye ordered some red velvet and was fed by Amber. Swagger at a hundred thousand trillion!

4. Fired – I will still buy Apple Inc. products, but wow this company in retail has changed for the worse. Now that everything is said and done, I’m glad it happen or else I would of been there like king douche.

3. Kyle Bayles – I met Kyle in High School, Ms. Mitchell’s wonderful English class, I didn’t really talk to him or hang out with till this summer. Great guy, awesome person to be around with. One of my favorite things to do was just go to his amazing house and enjoy some great Hamburgers, the thing that did it for me was his generosity. After he learned that I was let go from Apple, he helped me out by giving me a great summer gig. Because of that gig, I’m close to being on my feet and better than I originally was. I’m truly grateful and will never forget that act of kindness. Thank you Kyle here’s a few views for you.

2. Andrei Leaves for School – Andrei is more than a best friend, he’s like a brother to me. After losing a few people in the past year it made me appreciate Andrei even more for being there through it all. When I heard he got accepted to Berkley, I’ll admit I was hoping something else would come up so he wouldn’t go. But days leading up to him leaving, I realized how happy and excited he was, it made me forget my selfish self and support him 100%. I’m so proud of Dre, he’ll be alright by himself, I guess my biggest fear was me being alone without a go to friend. A few weeks later and I understand now that type of friendship doesn’t require any certain distance or time. I miss ya buddy.

1. RNO Clothing – This is something that I’ve been working the last couple of months, can’t tell you much, but what I can tell you is that this brand is for Los Angeles, I hope you like them the following weeks will have a few changes (upgrade) and I hope all of you are along for the ride.

Billie Jean...★ Lyrics

She was more like a beauty queen from a movie scene

I said don’t mind, but what do you mean I am the one

Who will dance on the floor in the round

She said I am the one, who will dance on the floor in the round

She told me her name was Billie Jean, as she caused a scene

Then every head turned with eyes that dreamed of being the one

Who will dance on the floor in the round

People always told me be careful of what you do

And don’t go around breaking young girls’ hearts

And mother always told me be careful of who you love

And be careful of what you do ’cause the lie becomes the truth

Billie Jean is not my lover

She’s just a girl who claims that I am the one

But the kid is not my son

She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

For forty days and for forty nights

The law was on her side

But who can stand when she’s in demand

Her schemes and plans

‘Cause we danced on the floor in the round

So take my strong advice, just remember to always think twice

(Do think twice)

She told my baby we’d danced till three, then she looked at me

Then showed a photo my baby cried his eyes were like mine (oh, no!)

‘Cause we danced on the floor in the round, baby

People always told me be careful of what you do

And don’t go around breaking young girls’ hearts

She came and stood right by me

Then the smell of sweet perfume

This happened much too soon

She called me to her room

Billie Jean is not my lover

She’s just a girl who claims that I am the one

But the kid is not my son

Billie Jean is not my lover

She’s just a girl who claims that I am the one

But the kid is not my son

She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

Billie Jean is not my lover

She’s just a girl who claims that I am the one

But the kid is not my son

She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

She says I am the one

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is

Not my lover

Not my lover

Not my lover

Not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover (she is just a girl)

Billie Jean is not my lover (she is just a girl)

Billie Jean is not my lover (she is just a girl)

Billie Jean is not my lover (she is just a girl)

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is not my lover

Billie Jean is

Billie Jean is

Michael Jackson This Is It - a apărut afişul oficial!

Michael Jackson: Live in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour

“I am NOT a Michael Jackson fan,” is what I keep telling myself.

Yesterday. I enter Circuit City at Union Square in NYC with my wife, who is from Japan, and this DVD is on three modestly sized plasma TVs a the top of the escalator–which is crowded with mesmorized viewers.

We could not help it. The show was so awesome that we found ourselves standing there, entranced.

Michael Jackson

My wife put it correctly when she said to me in Japanese, “Whatever he does in life, people will always be facinated with his performances,” meaning no matter what freakish things he does to or with his body, it just plain wont effect the fact that he truly is the King of Pop (though I must then appoint Prince as the Emperor of Pop–sorry Michael).

That really summed it up; we were watching one of the all time great masters of performance, and indeed were lucky to be alive when his career was in full swing.

Michael Jackson is one of the all time greats–like Harry Houdini, Fred Astaire, Jimmy Hendrix, or Miles Davis. He’s a master of the stage, and–though I protest with myself–has a fantastic musical ability that can’t help but mesmorize.

On this DVD, there is of course a lot of lip synching. This isn’t so much a music concert as a stage show. And as a stage show, it’s one of the greatest of all time. Just seeing Jackson dance to his own music is worth your money.

Mr. Magic Tribute to MJJ

Mr. Magic

Written by: Frank Paul Jones © 2009 AKA Gambino Productions

He an image on the TV screen, the sound on the radio

Headlines on the tabloid, the man put a damn good show

Did he save the industry or was it just his time to go

Don’t be so selfish, 40 years he gave us all

Mr. Magic, Zapped before your eyes

Mr. Magic, wipe those teary eyes

Mr. said leaves me alone

And stop messing with me, stop messing with me

Elizabeth name him King of Pop, he live up to the name

He said I’m bad I’m bad I’m bad and now the whole world talking bout him

No sense in being a hater, be a congratulator

Was it a disappearing act, will we meet again later?

Mr. Magic, Zapped before your eyes

Mr. Magic, wipe those teary eyes

Mr. said leaves me alone

And stop messing with me, stop messing with me

Can you break the code of the riddle, in sprit he is still with you?

Made a mountain of debts, was it his retirement

Still he left behind plenty, was always giving unselfishly

He gave 4 fifths of his life, what a heavy price

Mr. Magic, Zapped before your eyes

Mr. Magic, wipe those teary eyes

Mr. said leaves me alone

And stop messing with me, stop messing with me

Now the industry will change, it has to be rearranged

Don’t be surprised if you see my brother on Broadway laser beams

With 200 more songs, that are unreleased

Brother Michael J. Jackson, can now rest in peace

Mr. Magic, Zapped before your eyes

Mr. Magic, wipe those teary eyes

Mr. said leaves me alone

And stop messing with me, stop messing with me

Summer Mixtape (Labor Day Edition)

This may be the final mixtape of the season–it’s become instantly cooler since August ended and suddenly, the hot weather complaining is turning into hot weather nostalgia. It will soon be time to say goodbye to jorts, t-shirts and mini skirts, so it’s important that we get another playlist in before you start hibernating with Bon Iver and that Fleet Foxes record that everyone went gaga over. Alas, do not worry, this mix will help you hang on to summer at least through Halloween.

Let’s hear it for New York.

Jay-Z (featuring Alicia Keys) – Empire State of Mind

Curtis Mayfield – Move On Up

Michael Jackson (Telepopmusik Remix) – Remember the Time

Crystal Castles – Vanished

The xx – Heart Skipped a Beat

Camera Obscura – The Sweetest Thing

St Vincent – The Party

Cat Power – Fool

Broken Social Scene – I’m Still Your

Feist – Major Label Debut (live)

How come monkeys evolved-and men didn't?...

So GOOD FUCKING MORNING!!!! REVOLTING DAY ISN’T IT!, I don’t belive ive ever documented my boston extravaganza… jeff foxworthy’s evil twin was on the bus ride home…and he was disgusting and perverse and i wanted to stab hin and his “cult” of ridiculous broke hippie followers…they reminded me of the manson family…but for some reason i wanted to figure them out, i wanted to know their stories.. when i was in boston, i made sure as a yankee to take a tour of fenway-make rude remarks during the tour, and take a piss on the floor in the bathroom…

That brings me to todays question

How come monkeys evolved…and men didn’t?

So now that that’s said and done, In conclucsion…

Ifeel like no one should have orange soda with pizza.. its like poprocks and redbull…

Final farewell at Jackson funeral

Michael Jackson took centre stage for the last time at a funeral service at which friends and family were given the opportunity to grieve in private. The ceremony began more than an hour late as guests including 77-year-old Dame Elizabeth Taylor waited in temperatures of 32C for the Jackson family to arrive at the Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles.

Speakers at the event – which was closed to public and TV cameras – included civil rights leader the Rev Al Sharpton, while soul singer Gladys Knight performed.

In contrast to the star-studded public memorial event at LA’s Staples Centre, the funeral was a private affair.

The Jackson family did allow a live video feed of guests arriving, but it was cut as a hearse carrying Jackson’s body arrived. An airborne camera provided by LA broadcaster KTLA, however, continued to run. It showed a coffin covered in white flowers taken to the front of the congregation.

Around 200 guests were thought to have been invited, with fans and media kept away by a heavy security presence. Among those in attendance were actor Macaulay Culkin and Jackson’s former wife Lisa Marie Presley.

The ceremony was due to have commenced at 7pm local time but was delayed by the late arrival of the bulk of the Jackson family.

Jackson’s mother Katherine and the singer’s siblings and his three children – Prince Michael, 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II – arrived shortly after 8pm. They met the King of Pop’s father Joe Jackson there.

The programmes contained pictures of the singer and opened with words taken from his book Dancing The Dream: “If you enter the world knowing you are loved and leave the world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with.”

Michael Jackson will finally laid to rest

According to a report in the Associated Press, the late pop legend Michael Jackson will be laid to rest today in Glendale, California’s Great Mausoleum, which is filled with famed golden-era Hollywood entertainers, including Clark Gable, Carole Lombard, Jean Harlow and W.C. Fields.

A judge ruled yesterday that Jackson’s estate will cover all funeral costs. It was disclosed in court that 12 burial spaces were being purchased at Forest Lawn Glendale, about eight miles north of downtown Los Angeles, but no details were offered on how they would be used.

The Man In The Mirror.......

A great majority of us grew up watching Michael Jackson blossom into the great success that he is (even posthumously). We watched as his melanin faded, his hair went from nappy to bone strait, nose went from broad to slender… But what did not change and only got better with time was his musical talent. Some would argue that his father Joseph Jackson is the driving force to his success, while others would say that he is the one that “ruined” him. However, either way it goes there is not one person who has not been affected by Michaels’ existence unless they’ve been living under ground. Even if you never picked up any of the numerous CDs that he has been involved in throughout his career spanning 40yrs+, he has inspired a generation of artists (singers, songwriters, producers, and artist of all mediums) and been the butt of many comedians’ jokes. Michael broke barriers and opened doors to opportunities that did not exist for entertainers of “color”.

Unfortunately Michaels’ accomplishments have been overshadowed by his seemingly drastic physical transformations and ill-proved accusations of child molestation. The media came up with the epithet “Wacko Jacko” that has haunted him for at least half of his career and only aided many smear campaigns against him. Michael has successfully reached many goals, some which he may not have even intended to. Despite this fact he could not change his heritage which more than likely proved to be his greatest obstacle throughout his career, being a black man.

Michael grew up in an era when white male dominance strongly existed. Racism wasn’t just a distant memory (and still isn’t). He was thrust into the music industry when he was a child all but leaving behind his education unbeknownst to anyone that he was actually beginning his career. Yes, he had his family to lean on but there is evidence that the ties that bind weren’t as strong as he needed them to be. Michael took the lead in a singing group with his brothers (The Jackson 5). Of the youngest there really was no one for him to relate to and then as they got older “creative control” of the product that they were marketing became an issue as well as group management. By the time he was 18 he was involved in making decisions that controlled the financial future of not just himself as an individual, but also affected his entire family.

Eventually Michael chose to move forward into a solo career that led to him becoming an international superstar. He probably invented “the cross-over” plateau that so many artist hope to reach in their career, defining the genre “Pop” and owning it! Radio and music television could not deny the mass appeal that Michael had to the universe and gradually through his talent he broke racial barriers for future artist to come. Michael didn’t just impact the world on a musical level but on a financial level as well. What we did for him, he did for us ten-fold. Made evident through the “Guinness Book of World Records” when Michael was documented as being the most charitable artist in the universe (so I take this time to THANK all those who purchased Michael Jackson paraphernalia during this time, THANK YOU!)

Going into his adult years Michael became a media spectacle that would not be respected. Those he shared his life with on a very genuine level would betray his trust and damage his spirit. Everyone from family, friends, fans, nay-sayers, media personalities, paparazzi, and the like have all speculated on what would have been the “right” way for him to live his life yet have had none of his experiences nor have any of his expertise. Most of us can’t even live our own lives properly yet we feel that we have the expertise to manage someone else’s life; We really need to get a grip. We can’t even manage the thousands that go through our checkbooks how could we ever manage the millions that went through his. Hindsight is always 20/20; Please have the foresight to allow this man to R.I.P. Spend your time speculating on how you can make your life better and not on what he did wrong or where he went wrong. We must all have our individual experiences that allow us to blossom into the imperfect human beings that we are!!!!!!!  –> A SILENT MOMENT PLEASE…….

King of Pop to Rest Among Quiet, History

Michael Jackson’s life played out on a world stage, headlines screaming his every move, frenzy following his footsteps. His death, memorial and investigation amplified the delirium and prolonged the anguish of family and fans. On Thursday, he is scheduled to be interred at Forest Lawn Glendale in what will be a hidden monument in a mausoleum made of marble and mortar..”

There will be only silence. No marquees, no spotlights, no paparazzi.

He will be enveloped by the grandeur of the grounds, the majesty of the buildings and the significance of history.

In the Great Mausoleum, he will join Hollywood legends of yesterday like Clark Gable, Jean Harlow, W.C. Fields and Red Skelton, as well as “The Last Supper Window,” a lifesize stained glass recreation of Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece, and Moses, a reproduction of Michelangelo’s sculpture for the tomb of Pope Julius II in Rome.

On a hilltop nearby, in a building the size of a sports arena, hang two of the world’s largest paintings, “The Crucifixion” and “Resurrection.”
